Your booking requests

The form sends a request to our team. It does not guarantee table availability. Your reservation is valid once confirmed by the restaurant.

Your information

Your name, contact details and preferences are used to handle your request and provide updates. Data is hosted on our Contabo server. Requests and their status are shared with SAM, our booking management tool; notifications are sent through Resend. Tracking links are personal and should remain private.

To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, contact hello@grancubarestaurante.ma. Please avoid entering sensitive information in the notes field.

Your favourites are stored on your device. Functional cookies support secure team access and journal likes. The website does not load third-party advertising tools.

The menu and photographs

Prices are shown in dirhams and may change. Please ask our team about allergens and availability. Photographs provided by Gran Cuba.

Audience measurement

With your consent, we measure page views, journeys, active time, popup interactions and requests received. A random identifier distinguishes your browser without linking your contact details to the statistics. Country and city are estimated locally from the network address, without retaining that address in the statistics. These estimates use DB-IP.

Measurements stay on our server for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw consent through “Privacy & measurement” at the bottom of the page. Browser do-not-track requests are respected. No third-party advertising tools are loaded.
